      Puping Well 2# adopts slickwater and jelly for fracturing operation, the well completion is 2999.01m, fracturing fluid usage is 20000m3, flowback liquid is 20%—30%. The flowback liquid features by dark yellow color, high viscosity, plenty of suspended solids, high oil content, high wellhead liquid discharge pressure, and a large quantity of flowback fluid, therefore, it is a oilfield wastewater difficult to deal with.

      After Aegis team entering to the field, they use mobile sewage work vehicle, which is self-developed by Aegis, for field treatment of fracturing flowback liquid, with the daily treatment capacity of above 200m3. By adopting the combined process of FC series water treatment agent and deep combination flotation to process fracturing flowback fluid of slickwater, the oil content and suspended solids in output water of processed fracturing flowback fluid are lower than 30mg/L, reaching the existing standard to flow into the combination station, thus solving the problem of serious pollution and discharge for the oilfield.
